Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas Mashed.
  • 2 cups old‑fashioned oats
  • 2 large eggs Beaten.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup almond butter Or peanut butter.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×4‑inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs and almond butter until even.
  • Add oats and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
  • Bake for 40‑45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.

Notes

Customize with add‑ins like chopped nuts, cinnamon, or chocolate chips. Store at room temperature for 2 days or freeze sliced.
