Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×4‑inch loaf pan or line with parchment.
In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Whisk in eggs and almond butter until even.
Add oats and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
Bake for 40‑45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
